I'm not trying to contradict you or anything, I've made it clear that I don't like complaining about gas prices. However, doesn't Europe have higher taxes on their gas? I always thought that was the reason their prices are high. My understanding is that they tax gas to pay for the roads. Here, everyone pays for road work.
