How many people attended the 2005 championship

I am trying to write a paper on FIRST and I would like to know aproximately how many people actually came down to the championship competition last year. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else on the site, so I decided to ask.

any ideas let me know, I know the reliant stadium from 2 years ago git 69500 people in it, and we filled about a third of the space if not more. but one third of that is 23,000 people, and I didn't think there were that many. I am bad at guessing numbers so if anyone give me a rough guess, that would be great.

thankyou,
Ryan

I think about half the Georgia Dome was filled during the Einstein matches and awards. (Or would have been, had everyone-drive teams, volunteers, and people putting robots away-been there.)

The dome holds 71,250 people.

We had roughly half of the lowest deck filled (probably closer to 1/3, since nobody was in the short ends)

looking at the seating chart (http://www.gadome.com/seating/football.html) I'd say there were 20,000 or fewer people there.

I agree. About 20,000
