Any rules about mentoring two teams?

Are there any rules about mentoring two teams? *Note: both teams will not be in the same competition*

Team A will be doing VEX
Team B will be doing FRC

Team A will only need you once or twice a week and for the rest of the week you will help team B

Both teams know that your helping another team.
