[OCCRA]: Rule Clarification- Motors and Sprockets

1) For clarification, the 2 window motors listed in the OCCRA parts list are replaced by the new GM worm gear motor and the old bosch drill motor, correct?

2) Is the sprocket exchange rule from 2004 - where teams may use any of the provided sizes of sprockets provided that they did not exceed the initial number of sprockets - is no longer in effect, and teams must use the sprockets and quanities listed in the OCCRA parts list?

Warning: There is a updated motor list being sent out. I worked on it with Mike McIntyre on Monday evening. He is sending out to all listed team contacts and I will post here. There are reductions in the amounts of motors that can be used due to a shortage in the supply.

There are also changes in the Official kit of materials from what each team was given. Not major changes, but changes all teams should be aware of.

Number of sprockets:
The 2004 rule is still in effect. You can ONLY use kit supplied sprockets, however, you may trade with other teams or purchase additional from OCCRA. There is a limit of 18 total sprockets allowed on your finished robot. We will be counting them during inspection.

You may NOT use any other sprocket, of any type, from any other source.
