**FIRST EMAIL**/Partner Organizations/Team Contact Sections Information in TIMS

It looks like I am once again on the mailing list after receiving no emails for a couple months. Here's the latest message:

Greetings Teams:

We are aware that some of you are concerned as Partners entered last year do not appear as Partners in the "Partner Organizations" Section of the registration system this year.

Because many teams expressed their dislike of the combined field in last year's system, we separated Partners from Contact this year. In some cases we were unable to tell whether an organization was a Partner or a Contact and made the decision to carry the information over into the "Team Contact" section only.

If you are missing data in your "Partner Organizations" section, please check the "Team Contact" area under Additional (Optional) Team Contacts. Although the system will not allow you to cut and paste information between sections, you can reference the data here to re-enter into the "Partner Organizations" section if applicable. You may also delete the information if no longer valid.

To Expedite Completion of "Partner Organizations" Section for Pre-Registration:

FIRST only requires a School/Youth organization contact be specified as a "Partner Organizations" for pre-registration. Simply add a School/Youth organization contact on the "Partner Organizations" screen to complete this section.

You will have until December 2, 2005 to add additional partners and complete "Partner Organizations" information to be included in the program book.
