Re: Who should I ask my EasyC questions?

Good news! If you have questions that can not be answered by the easyC Help file or RadioShack customer support channels we currently have in place, you can now email them to easycsupport@intelitek.com. When emailing please include your name, contact information and the CD key printed on the CD jacket in the programming kit. The CD key is labeled Installation key on the CD jacket. This is the license number for your copy of the easyC software. Please remember that this is not a C programming hotline and all questions should be directed at the software interface.

All of the questions that arose during the beta testing of easyC where used to create the easyC help file and the programming guide that comes with the programming kit. Please take the time to read them both before emailing us.

intelitek is developing a year long robotics curriculum called REC (Robotics Engineering Curriculum). The first semester will be shipping in December. Our Learnmate engine will be used to deliver the content either online or in the classroom. easyC was developed to ease the process of programming a robot and to teach students about C programming. easyC is integrated directly into the Learnmate environment to offer a unique learning experience. For more information on our new curriculum, please email us at info@intelitek.com.

Re: Who should I ask my EasyC questions?

Thanks Francis 134 and intellitkedan. I am going to give the problem one more go on my own. I am sure it is something I am overlooking. But I am glad there is a source that I and others can go if we are truly stuck.
