An offseason event. The picture is half human and half robot. Assuming the game is like that of 04 (where robots and humans were pretty durn near equal), that makes it a FIRST Competition and since teams don't host regionals or the Championship, it's an off season event.
Or maybe it's their robot? E ngineered R obotic V ehicle

Oy.. I hate overthinking.. so.. I'm gonna go with the obvious(?)
 Eastern Robotics Vikings. Nice new logo.  edit: It seems the obvious was too obvious, since Art thought of the same thing. Horray for consistency, and not reading previous posts before I post.
