2006 game hints?

i seriously doubt there will be a 100% water game this year.
However, there may be an extra "area" or something with special points for being able to go across a moat of some sort, like hanging in 2004 or there could be extra scoring thingies on the other side. while im at it, maybe there will be floating batons in the moat as well as batons on the bottom woohoo?).
This way, experienced teams could have some fun building an amphibious robot , and the rookie teams could compete and not have to worry about submerging thousands of dollars of electronics.
on a second note:
Did FIRST start in 1996? If so, water would be an amazing 10 year aniversary.
(Im guessing 1996 becuase thats the earliest "rookie year" i have seen on CD)
