Re: Team Mottos and Names 2005 Edition
QC Elite has decided to name their robot Alice.
Recently, the wife of one of our head engineers, Neil West, passed away from unknown causes in her sleep. This was a unanimous decision and was made to honor her. She was very involved with the team and gladly gave up her husband for 6+ weeks each year. Our team motto has remained the same... "Dream, Believe, Achieve." |

Re: Team Mottos and Names 2005 Edition
Hmmm.... mottos. We haven't really talked it over much as a team, but I'm thinking:
"Methinks it is like a weasel." From Hamlet, obviously. The senior class at CHS has to read it every year and somehow Hamlet worked himself into last build season. Our name remains the same: Technical Difficulties. |

Re: Team Mottos and Names 2005 Edition
Team 1823 is a rookie team this year, but we haven't put tons of thought into our name.
It's "Ping". When we signed up, we didn't know that we needed to have a motto, so the person filling out the form just made it up on the spot- "In ping we trust". It's not that bad. |
