New Information for January 7th Vex Competition

Hello Everyone, thank you for showing so much interest in Lancaster High's Kickoff Event / VEX competition, the event will be on January 7th, and we are really looking forward to it here at Lancaster. here is an itinerary of the events we have planned for the day:

6:00a Open doors to theatre and breakfast in lounge
7:00a Kickoff Broadcast in theatre
8:00a Open floor to discuss game
8:30a Vex registration, pits and practice fields open
10:00a Registration ends
10:30a Match schedules open
11:00-12:00p Matches 1-5
12:15p Lunch
1:30-2:45p Matches 6-10
3:00p Alliance selections
3:15p Finals Match
3:30p Finals Match
3:45p Championship Match
4:00p Awards Ceremony
4:30-8:00 After party!!!

For the after party we are planning on serving pizza and showing a movie in the school's theatre. We are currently open to any suggestions as to the movie selection.

I hope you all can attend our event, it should be a lot of fun and a great experience.

Registration will be $50 per team competing and can be paid by cash or check at the event, make checks payable to "Lancaster Eagle Robotics". If you plan on attending please email us at Team399@gmail.com by January 1, 2006 with the number of teams competing and the approximate number of people planning to attend the after party. After recieving a registration email you will get an email with directions to Lancaster High School.
