Delivery of NI Hardware and Software to NI Pilot Program Teams

NI Pilot Program teams should have received an e-mail confirming shipment of the NI USB-6009 DAQ hardware. These devices are being shipped sans LabVIEW; because of problems beyond our control in the distribution of LabVIEW 8.0 Student Edition, we are providing Pilot Program teams with a link to download a fully-functional 30-day evaluation copy of LabVIEW. Once you receive the LabVIEW 8.0 Student Edition in the FRC Kit of Parts (KOP) at January's kickoff, you can use the activation code provided in the KOP to activate the evaluation version for regular use (so you don't need to uninstall/reinstall LabVIEW).

The link to download the software is in the e-mail, and it will allow you to download the Windows 2k/XP version of the LabVIEW 8.0 software from our servers. If you need the Mac version instead, or do not have access to the e-mail sent to your team, please contact FRC@ni.com - Mac version requests must be made on or before December 23, as requests after this point will probably arrive about the same time as kickoff. One request per team, please.
