Need Help Organizing Your Team
Well there are several different ways you can restore order amongst your team. You can either have this republic, demorcracy, or my favorite a dictatorship. Like a goverment there are some benfits and problems with the method you chooose to run. At times you need to decide quickly, sometimes you may not trust one person. I tend to feel for a monarchy type. We know that we will soon leave, me must teach our heirs so they can one day take our places. It also helps veterans appreciate lowerclassman.
