Do your engineers have "The Knack"?

I found this clip a long time ago, and was going to share it today as I was going through some old files.

Then I found out the clip I had was in fact part of an extended version, and also part of the TV series Dilbert.

Anyways, for your listening pleasure, I present to you.

"The Knack" - Do your engineers posses this curse?

Extended Version Audio File

Webpage with lyrics for shortened version, and more info about the clip and it's origin.

Oh man, one of our alumni showed us all that episode of Dilbert last year... it's much better as a cartoon.

Re: Do your engineers have "The Knack"?

I wouldnt just classify some engineers as having the "knack" but also some kids do. I can take apart almost anything and fix it. Just like most of everybody in FIRST.

Re: Do your engineers have "The Knack"?

a few months ago, at my brother-in-law's wedding, my Brother-in-law said something to me (after consuming an unknown number of adult beverages) which I think is relavent...

He was telling his groomsmen...

"Brian's cool and funny. When I first met him, I thought he had poor social skills, but then I realized he acts like that for his own amusement."

I guess that mean's I have part of "the knack".

But I really find that clip far too true far too often.
