Greetings Teams:

We are pleased to announce FIRST has selected THS again this year as the company of choice to handle all of our rooming needs. To view the regional hotel selections for the 2006 robotics season please go to http://www.ths-frc.com/

FIRST has worked closely with THS to include the numerous suggestions from the teams via the Team Forum, and FIRST's regional directors and regional committees. Please note that under the direction of FIRST, THS secures hotels based on core FIRST requirements such as price/value, safety and security, quality standards, and location.

You will notice three sites do not have hotel selections this year. They are New York City, Detroit and Long Island. It has been found in the past these regionals have not had enough hotel use for us to be able to make arrangements for a block of rooms. We hope this does not inconvenience teams planning on attending these events. If you need assistance for any of these locations we will be happy to put you in touch with the Regional Director for these areas who can further assist you.

THS is still working on sites for both Los Angeles and Las Vegas and these listings will be posted next week.
