The link is not working for me either, and I was using Firefox.
For whoever mentioned international teams, Mexico will be competing again this year with team 1401, they'll be attending the Arizona Regional for the 3rd year. For international attendance, there are 4 regionals with teams from 3 countries, 10 regionals with teams from 2 countries, and 19 regionals with teams from 1 country.
