Varsity Letters

Today at our team's kickoff I was discussing with two of my team leaders how it would be nice to have a varsity letter for FIRST Robotics students. Not knowing where exactly a good place to start would be, I'd like to ask teams that have a Varsity Letter for Robotics what the requirements are that they have for giving them. Any advice is welcome.
