Take some time, read the manual, take a breather, and calm down.

I already see people asking questions when I know for a fact no one has read the whole manual yet.

Take a breather, calm down, and spend some time to read the manual.

Once everyone does that, I'm sure most of your questions will answered, and if not, at least other people will have read the manual and have a clue to as what you are asking.

I hope not to sound bossy here, but just breath.

Good advice, especially for those that haven't been around FIRST before.

Spend Sat. Sunday letting the manual sink in. There is a whole lot more there.
This year Kit inventory is a priority.

I did. Twice. (Well, The Game, The Robot and The Arena, at least)

I still don't really understand where the balls come from and goto though.

I would like to suggest that each individual confusion about the rules be addressed seperately in their own thread to avoid flooding this thread with them.

Thanks!

Yes - agreed. Everyone's hyped up about the game still with tons of thoughts running thru their head.

I'd like to just mention how great I think the rules are written this year. I think there are very few places where there should be too much confusion. It seems as if the GDC has taken into account a lot of past comments, concerns, and confusions by covering them in the rules. Kudos to them!

Re: Take some time, read the manual, take a breather, and calm down.

I know section 4 like the back of my hand. Its amazing.

And with that said, once I read everything, it answered ALMOST all possible questions I could have.

It may look long, boring and intimidating... but it pays of to read it in full

Re: Take some time, read the manual, take a breather, and calm down.

I have read the manual twice now.
Just a suggestion, if you are answering questions that use parts of the manual, it would be great if you included the rule number in your answer. That way if someone has a question about a rule, they can just search for the rule number!
