Exclamation Starting Position

Our team is a rookie team this year and we were wondering if the starting location of your team's robot is pre-determined or if you get to talk with your alliance and decide were each robot will start.

Within your alliance you will choose where you start. Good Luck!

touching the tape boundaries. It is the responsibility of the head referee to verify that this rule is satisfied

Good luck with your rookie season, check section 4 for more information on this

edit: they don't specify what area you start in, so you get to agree with your alliance strategically where you want to start. Nothing else rules otherwise, so thats how I would interpret this.
