Foam ball size

I know the foam ball size is seven inches but I need to know if that measurement is the radius, diameter or circumference.

Any help would just be wonderfull.

Confirming, yes it is 7'' diameter.

Our team wanted to buy more balls, seeing as the kit only comes with 1 and we want to be able to load more than that into our robot. We did some research and found balls for 8.99$ a piece. Anyone know of a cheaper price?
