I agree with Joe about 60 hours. There is no mention though about taking parts home to fix. It does say to " manufacture SPARE, REPLACEMENT and UPGRADE PARTS ".

There is one part of the rules that says you cannot use the Fix-It window to produce upgrade parts and another that says you can
