CIM motor components
For our drive train transmition, we are building the transmition boxes as shown in the instructions. Unfortunatelly, the instructions we are using requires the full 4 CIM motors. Since the kit only comes with two CIMs, we need to purchase two more. We know where to get the two extra CIMs, but the supplier only sells the CIMS (without the required key and sprocket). Does anyone know where we could purchase these necessary compnents?

Re: CIM motor components
Natalia,
If you look at the drawing on page 5-2 in the 2006 manual, it is the drawing for the FRC-2005-111-007. This is the gear used for the CIM motor. On the drawing it gives the part number and alternate sources for the gear. Last year, the kit gear was a Martin Gear. I have attached my original drawing, but suggest you double check with this year's transmission manual. -Paul |
