Transferrability of Licenses

Our team is interested in buying additional seats of easyC, we were wondering how easily licenses are transferred from computer to computer. Because our team does not own a computer team members (and parents) usually lend laptops for team use, but once they graduate, will it be easy to transfer the license to another computer?

Re: Transferrability of Licenses

Jake,

I would not advocate frequent use of the license transfer engine, however you can completely transfer the license from one PC to another without difficulty, and our system should be perfect for the situation you described (just be careful, methodical and read the help file!).

When you remove the license from a computer, you have the option to either return that license to intelitek for storage, or automatically generate a new unlock code for your destination PC (this does not require the internet). So when you are finished working on one PC at the end of the season, you could transfer the license directly onto another teammates computer for the off season. If you don't have any computers to run the software, you can return the license to intelitek, and it will be waiting for someone the next time your CD key is sent requesting an unlock code.

Hope that helps,

Chris
