Does the camera use the OV6620 or OV7620 imager?

Kevin.org has a datasheet for the OV6620, but his code (in tracking.h) mentions the OV7620, and in fact the resolution values seem to be those of the OV7620.

The CMUCam2 accepts both, but they have some important technical differences.
