Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew who won last year at the las vegas regional for chairmans, and/or where i could find info telling me who submitted/or won at regionals last year.

I don't know how much this will help you, but some Regionals have history pages that display awards. Try looking at the regional website (probably accessible from usfirst.org). This does not always work though. Good luck
