HELP!!! Don't know where to start!
I'm new to programming and I want to know how to get the camera working through LabView but all LabView will say is to check the serial port! Is there a step-by-step guide to get the camera up and running?

it sucks....and will be annoying....but read the labview tutorial and the first documentation on all the stuff.........

I had a similar problem and fixed it by reinstalling the device driver for the camera, the name is in the tutorials somewhere.
