Don't know about a box, but a large cardboard color wheel just about knocked out my Home Ec teacher.

I wanted to laugh when I first heard about this. How could that color wheel (on lightweight cardboard, maybe 18 inches dia., max.) hurt anyone?

Well, before lunch some girls were throwing it like a Frisbee, and it hit our teacher in the head edgewise. When I showed up for class after lunch, we were told she was still lying down in the nurse's office, feeling faint.

I bet it could have decapitated her, if it had enough velocity and hit her in the neck.
