I would be willing to bet they come from Terminal Supply Co. There's a FIRST "contact" there in sales that you might be able to contact. In previous years we recieved a sheet in the kit that had the part #'s for all the electronics parts, but I don't know if that was there this year. You can try looking through their catalog as well.
