HA ha! i love it! i would suggest you add subtle color to parts, or tone down the red and blue, because they really clash with the white and black. it is kinda distracting. The style is awesome, though! it's kinda like a pop-art feel to it. real cartoony. god job.

That is really cool!
the only thing i would add is a bit of color, i know you're going for that comic book feel, but i think it would look VERY VERY cool with some color |

I have Ink and paint characters in a normal textured world. Looks strange in photos but when it moves it almost magical

nice. middle pic doesn't work. very low-poly for a First animation, compared to what i've seen. Our scenes are sometimes up to 500,000 polys. After seeing that and taking another look at your character renders, i would suggest you add a few more polys to the characters. look esp. at their armpits: there are a few blank spots where i guess your ink'n paint had problems. a few more polys might help smooth that out.
very good job, altogether. how fast is the render for your scene? |

Well, its a secondary character, it doesn´t appear too much,
thats why it seems so low poly and I will add some meshsmooth... ![]() |

Re: Tribotec Team #1382 2006 - Images
don't add meshsmooth unless you have to. low poly is good. never make anything more complicated than you have to. Just see if you can fix those little artifacts and you should be fine.
really, i wish i could keep my models so low-poly. I have a sea urchin that was nearly 20,000 polys before i put optimize on. now it is 3,500. still a lot for such a small creature. |
