Victor 884 Fan Current

Hey, do any of you know where I can find (or someone give me the info) for the current for a Victor 884 fan? Thanks.

Re: Victor 884 Fan Current

Measure it with an ammeter or multimeter? It's going to be miniscule compared to the motor itself if you're trying to account for current on the robot, and almost certainly safe to ignore.

Re: Victor 884 Fan Current

Assuming those are the same ebm/Papst fans (part number 412) we get in the kit (even if they aren't, it's probably a good estimate anyway), they are rated for 0.9 W at 12V, which translates to a 75 mA current.
