I have a few generic suggestions. You may find that only some of them are applicable to your specific robot (as you've seen it and I haven't, I can only guess what might be useful to you).

1) Make it easier to replace parts that are likely to need replacing during the competitions

2) Make it less likely that parts will need to be replaced during the competitions

3) Make parts easier to machine / assemble / more simple so that spare parts can be created more easily

4) Make it lighter and stronger, and add weight to areas where it would be to your advantage - or keep it light for ease of shipping, lifting, etc.

5) Find less expensive ways of accomplishing the same things, so that you can afford to do more

6) Make your robot faster

7) Make your robot be able to push with more force

8) Use less power so that you don't need to change your batteries as often

9) Add more functionality and features

10) Make it simpler and more robust

Of course, there's the obvious suggestion of identifying all sources of loss in your robot and minimizing them to make your transfer of power more efficient. Sorry I left that out.
