Re: Student Edition of LabVIEW - Remote Panels?
The LV 8.0 Student Edition has all the capabilities as the LV 8.0 Full Edition, so you should be able to work with LabVIEW's remote front panel features to control VI's accross a network. Are you getting a specific error when trying to set up remote front panels??
Here are some links to tutorials: -Developing Remote Front Panel LabVIEW Applications (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/conceptd....256B1F007E039B) -Remote Front Panels (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/learningc...256c4e00621c73) Follow the steps in these to make sure all your settings are correct and that your PC's firewalls won't interfere. Best of luck! |
