congratulations Kristen!!!! For years you have been part of the foundation that makes the northeast so great in FIRST! Day after day I hear from young girls on FIRST teams in that area how wonderful you are and how great what you do is. You are not just another girl in FIRST. You are one of the girls whom everyother girl looks up to. Your success breeds greatness.

(darnit... Kristen was highlighted during a very busy time for all of us)
Kristen Kelso is definitely a hero in FIRST. My 3 daughters simply adore her. Kristen is one of the young role models within FIRST, for her mentoring, leadership, and longevity. She has done much to keep women involved in FIRST and provide a means for "chicks" to support each other across the community. Any father with daughters would be estatic if their kids grow up to be like Kristen. Kristen, Dave, and Nancy Kelso are some of the best people in FIRST. If you are at an event with 131 and you don't go out of your way to meet the Kelsos, then you are missing out. Andy B.
