Well, I think that unless you want to get a lot of work done today, you are going to have to wait until next year. Last time I checked, the paperwork is due tommorrow. It's about 3 pages long and it took us about 3-4 afternoons to do it. I don't know where you can get it, and I don't have access to the original documents on my school's intranet at home. Search google for "Autodesk Visualization Award 2006 entry form" and "Autodesk Visualization Award 2006 consent form".

EDIT: Don't bother if you can't contact a teacher/mentor, they need to sign the consent form.

Re: Animation contest

you can get it from autodesk streamline at projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/client/FIRST
The name is "(public)" parentheses included, and there is no password. Alternately, you can get it from the FIRST 2006 Manual in the Awards section (section 9 I believe) GOOD LUCK!

Hi, there. You still have a few hours, by my estimation, because the deadline is Feb 6th.

Log into the Streamline Site

https://projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/client/FIRST

client: First
User: (public)
Password: none required

Once you're in, take a look at the folders - there is a Visualization Award Folder with a .doc version of the entry form. You need to have sponsor name, contact info, team members and contact info - basically anything that is needed for credits.

Good luck!
