Is CMUcam upside down?!? HELP!

People at Labview tell me that Camera is upside down, compared to instruction on how to build the camera mount.

So we flipped it over...

Our Problem:
- Pan works.
- Tilt, searching searching... it finds the light, the little light turns red... (red light than starts blinking) and the mount moves down and starts searching again. Finds the light again and the start all over again.

(does the same thing with -/+ at tilt)

I have a feeling it might be because the camera was not actually upside down. And because of the limits, it goes crazy....

Any ideas?
