Re: Choosing a Regional to Attend?

For us, it's how far we're going to have to drive that impacts our regional decision. That and making sure there's an "off week" between the two we attend, so students don't miss too many days of schools so close together!

Re: Choosing a Regional to Attend?

No, but it sure is a welcome bonus. The AZ social was great. I miss it when we go to LA.

Re: Choosing a Regional to Attend?

i dont even know i we check into whether there's a team social or not, so im not sure that it would play any part in our decision. we go to trenton, phili, and this year we are attending chessapeak as apposed to nationals

Re: Choosing a Regional to Attend?

We only choose the regionals we attend by distance and competition. We always go to GLR because all of the top notch teams from Michigan and surrounding areas go to GLR. We used to go to 2 reigonals and nationals but because of budget cuts we are only going to GLR and Nationals.
