Unhappy CMUCam2 LabVIEW Application problem

We have installed LabVIEW, have connected the CMUCam to the robot controller and computer correctly, and we have the lastest LabVIEW CMUCam2 App.
However, everytime we try to run the app, this error occurs.

Error 7 occurred at Open File+.vi:Open File

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: File not found. The file might have been moved or deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the operating system. For example, use \ as path separators on Windows, : on Mac OS, and / on Linux.
---
NI-488: Non-existent board.

What the heck does this mean? Did we install it right? What can we do to fix this dilemma? Any help will be appreciated ASAP. Thank you.
