Not quite.
There are some rookie teams like 1511 that are started up by experienced Super mentors like Kim O Toole who can will a team to maturity. Or teams like 1507 who grew from 378 and because of that hit the ground running and were very cometitive. Or teams like 1038 who's leadership comes from team 144 who had dissolved so they started up 1038 a few years ago. The students may be inexperinced but the mentors give the team the experience to get through. |
