It is ventilated by 2 of the big fans mounted on the underside of the base-plate. Another picture (closer) of the board has been posted in the gallery.

You may want to consider providing easier access to the tether port.. it looks like the Victor next to it blocks access to it, and, in the pits it's probably one of the most important things.

The victor is below the port, so it doesnt block it.
