My school has several of the 8e6 R3000 filtering servers.
Chiefdelphi was blocked. It took several weeks to fill out paperwork and get the admins to unblock it. 75% of the team websites are also blocked by the filter. My high school has over 4500 computers; there are only a few people that work at the helpdesk rooms (on each side of the school).
