okay my team, we burned out the 2006 window motors and our design requires a window motor. could we use a previous year's window motor?

No you may not. But you may purchase additional ones from IFI.

You could probobly design it to work with the new window motor, but make a small part that allows you to put the old window motor in to test it. Once you get to the competition (if you dont get it in time) you could just wire it up and switch it out.
