Question Making switches that plug into the oi board

Hello, my team and i have been trying to remember how to make the switches for the oi board for port 3 and 4. last year we copied a robot from 04 but we dont want to tear apart out controller from last year because we want to keep it intact. We have looked at the pinout diagram on IFI but its just for the competition port, at least thats what it says. also we need 5 switches and we dont want to use the buttons on the joysticks because they are too easy to trip. any help will be very appreciated. thanks
