wow, way to revive a old thread...
Some may take my opinion negatively, but in my honest opinion, I believe cheering should be done purley with the human voice. Banging thing togther just to create noise is not cheering, its noise which in all honesty can sometimes get annoying. Now I'm not aiming this at a specific team or teams, I'm just saying that for the folks who do not exactly know what FIRST is all about, listening to "noise" being created is sometimes a turn off. In one competition I went to, one team in particular used thier "insturments" so loud that you could not even hear the announcer or the MC. Just my $.02 |
