Make sure the path of your entire project is not too long. I usually just put it under the root directory (C: or w/e drive you use). At the beginning of the season I stuck it in my docs and it wouldnt spit out any hex files either...took a question to a senior programmer before i got it.

I'm not sure if EasyC actually saves the .hex file... but if you click on "Build & Download" or F7 it will actually download the .hex file to the robot for you!
Update: Looks like it saves the .hex file in C:\Program Files\Intelitek\easyC or FRC\FRC\*.hex (just click F7 and than either choose to download right away or later by clicking "Build & Download," and than "Download Window") |
