Setting Trim on Old 3D joystick

My team finally completed the robot enough so that I (as programmer) could work on it a couple days ago. I'm trying to use a 3D joystick to control the drive for omniwheels. The problem is the joystick's trim is way off. It doesn't appear to have anything to set the trim physically. It's a Microsoft Sidewinder 3D Pro. Does anyone have any ideas how I can set the trim?
