hp = torque * RPM / 5252
hp = 68.37ft-lbs * 2655 RPM / 5252 = 34.56

well horsepower is torque times RPM divided by a constant. there is a difference in torque at the same RPM depending on what speed it is in. motors and engines can have varying horsepowers; it depends on both the RPM and the torque at that RPM.
