We went to a chinese buffet a couple weeks into the build, and my fortune cookie read, "Lucky is coming your way."

We have discussed three names:

Tank, because it is built like/is one

Jaws, because it eats Poofballs and should be feared by all with lesser drive trains

Holy Mackerel, because we had to trim so much out to make weight, and we still like the Jaws thing.

We decided to name our robot Gemini (Great Engineering Minds Involved in New Innovations). We kind of have some sort of a space theme going so we went with that.

We had some issues with saving our information in the system, so our coach entered the name "Mary" as a test. Even after much pleading to call the robot "PHender" (pronounced "Fender") the coach likes the "Hail Mary" twist on the name "Mary". We'll see if it gets changed "officially".
