But i just got a question here. can we use any kinds of lights on the robot, except the one FIRST provide us with?

As far as I know, you can use any "extratcurricular" lights on your robot as long as they don't interfere with other robot's vision systems.
(I'm assuming you mean any lights besides, not except the lights provided by first.
