Congratulations to all the teams that competed at the NJ regional. As a volunteer, I am very proud of all the teams and what they brought on and off the field. Good Luck at the rest of the regionals you attend!

Re: 2006 NJ Regional

All I can say, is that 25 is amazing. Amazing autonomous, amazing strategy, amazing group of kids, amazing mentors... everyone on that team knows what they're doing and it was an extreme pleasure to work with them for one of our matches.

Re: 2006 NJ Regional

25 is the most dominating robot I've ever seen, it gives 71 in 2001 a great run for its money.

Heres a short list of what 25 won here in NJ:
  • NJ Champions (with 103 and 1279)
  • NJ Chairman's
  • NJ 1st Seed
  • NJ WFA-Wayne Cokeley
  • NJ Highest Score-133 (with 486 and 225)
Bravo!

Seriously though these guys are soo dominating its not even funny, wait till you see a video of them from the finals, they are just crazy.

Re: 2006 NJ Regional

Whew our semi-finals almost made me lose the control of my bowels when Spike almost tipped us over. Then in the finals oh man you just have to see them. CRAZY!
Nice job Brazilian team with your animation victory. We will get it next year! I hope...

Thank you 103 and 1279! Also thank you to Winner of the NJ WFA Wayne Cokeley while he cut my hand open with the award he still is a great mentor! And how could I forget our amazing sponsor, BMS!!!

Re: 2006 NJ Regional

It was a great time...

25 indeed had an amazing bot, I was the Human Player for team 486 on alliance two (whom faced the 25 alliance in the finals.)

Good job 25, and congrats to everyone, everyone did well.

Special thanks to team 1860 from Brazil who played this game like it was their job in the quarter finals, semi finals, and finals.

And, of course, thanks to team 375 for creating such a great alliance and doing a great job.

Just for clarification it was 137 points. Also, our team has video of every match (qualifiying and eliminations), however i do not know if they are or aren't going to be hosted. Shout outs, thanks, and congrats to all the other amazing teams, our alliance partners, 103 and 1279, the AMAZING MR. COKELEY, and bharat, corey, allison, neil, the BMS guys, and anyone and everyone else who helped make everything run along smoothly and for helping us out. This was the first regional that I have ever attended, and it was one of the best weekends in my life! Now I really can't wait until the Las Vegas Regional and Nationals!

Re: 2006 NJ Regional

We were the team (along with 225) who got 137 points with 25. That was an absolutely insane match... point after point after point, all the human robots just loaded up 25 to the top and he went and shot them all in... ended up being at least 24 of them including their autonomous, not to count Us and 225.
