Umm in C you usually use hex which is base 16 so that would really read there are 16 types of people in the world.

I think the point that we were bringing up is that in C you don't use binary you use hex. So the quote works if it reads "THere are 10 types of people in the world those who understand binary and those who don't."

One of my favorites. My friends tries to tell my teacher "Is this the face of someone who would lie to you?", but only manages get get out:

He tries to be completely serious until he and our class realize what he said at which point we crack up.
