Just a suggestion...
Some people download all the videos in a directory in one shot. Yesterday I downloaded all the videos from the practice day, and the videos from today were uploaded to the same directory, so now I have to download all the files again...

It would be much appreciated if you could put the videos in different folders
(practice day, ranking matches, finals etc.)

This will likely be done after the regional is complete just like it was for VCU. If you would like to wait a smidge longer either they will have the files in different directories ( I assume) or I have them on my server here : http://www.team1654.com/first2006/ Please follow the link to "videos" then "florida". This way soap gets the recognition for the work they are doing. I copy their server files EXACTLY as they post throughout the day so it is updated asap.

Thanks for all the great videos of the regionals, it was really nice to be able to watch some of the great matches of this year again.

The only problem I have had is Qualifying match number 32, which I had downloaded from both sites and still won't work properly. Does anyone have a working video from match 32, or am I just out of luck?

Mike AA- would you have happened to archive our 2002 championship movies? I can't seem to find our dvd backups of that competition!
